Eat It

I love good food and drink.

You know, some things are terrible to consume, others good, others real good, and then there is a class of edibles that give you a beautiful experience. Like all good art they can't be fully described in words.

So...here I'll simply list some of those in that top tier that I've had the privilege to consume:
  • Coppola Pinot Noir
  • Fried Pork Chops (by my honey)
  • Fresh Lobster Tail with melted butter
  • Orange Cake from A Piece of Cake (ATL)
  • Buttermilk Pancakes (by me)
  • Filet Mignon at J Alexander's, medium rare with baked potato
  • Ton Katsu from Sushi Mito (Norcross, GA)
  • Prime Rib end cut with horse radish sauce from Lowry's (L.A.)
  • Cuatro Leches from a little cuban diner near the Miami airport
Thank God for pleasures.

I hope to discover many more.

peace,
-Forsyth

  2. I would add the bone-in ribeye from Delmonico's with the twice baked potato and Pecan Pie as a definite must for any foodie as well!
